This robust, super-efficient blast chiller/freezer can blast chill pre-cooked foods from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes and also be used to reduce food to -18°C in 240 minutes and continue on to reduce food to -18°C in 240 minutes at a reduced capacity.
High quality 304 Stainless steel exterior & interior. Shelf size - 530 x 325mm GN 1/1 (Shelves Not Supplied). Intuitive easy touch control panel - Just press and go with easy to use colour coding to indicate cycle status. Temperature probe. 80mm Castors. Power - 1ph/13amp.
