SELFCOOKING CENTER FEATURES
The Opus SelfCooking Center is easier to use than any conventional combi steamer. Using a touch screen you simply select the food and how you want it cooked. The SelfCooking Center does the rest, automatically selecting the cooking mode, temperature, time and humidity levels.
CARECONTROL - manages the cleaning processes and avoids the need for a separate water softener.
CLIMAPLUS - measures and adjusts temperature and humidity, steam is extracted or added to maintain optimum humidity.
PROGRAMMING - Store up to 300 programs or SelfCooking processes. Easy manual programming - up to 12 steps. Store favourite SelfCooking processes for fast and easy retrieval.
LEVEL CONTROLS - Monitors the cooking time for each shelf. Automatic alert as soon as relevant dish is ready.
FINISHING - Brings cooked and chilled food to perfect serving temperature and condition.
HACCP - Automatic collection and storage of important HACCP data, which you can download to a PC
PRECISE Core-Temperature Measurement - The food temperature probe contains six measuring points to ensure that the core of the food is accurately measured every time. A positioning aid keeps probe in place when cooking liquids.
