Keeps buns warm for hot-dogs. Water is added into the bottom of the tray to keep the rolls very soft and to control humidity in the drawer.
For easy maintenance, this GN 2/3 bun warmer is equipped with a removable drawer.
The Gastronorm GN 2/3 tray placed in the drawer is removable and can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
The bun warmer drawer can be placed underneath the sausage roller heater.
