Independently heated two-pot bain marie for hot fillings, and flat work surface. Convection oven with illuminated display - storage area. Removable, toughened glass front with sneeze screen and write-on / wipe-off menu board. Oven interior has coved corners and removable trays for easy cleaning.
Pull out display serving tray. Thermostatically controlled and economical to run. Suitable for back bar or counter top cooking.
Approx. cooking time - 1 hour for 8oz potatoes.
