The Parry HOT12BM Mobile Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy-duty bain marie top heated cabinet. The thermostatically controlled hot cupboard keeps up to 72 plated meals at safe and hygienic temperatures which can be accessed through sliding doors. The bain marie top accommodates gastronorm compatible pots and can be used in wet or dry heat configuration. Durable braked castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is well suited for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants. Easy to clean and maintain.
