The Parry 1894 Mobile Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy-duty bain marie top heated cabinet with a 20 plated meal capacity. The thermostatically controlled hot cupboard keeps food at safe and hygienic temperatures while the dry heat bain marie is ideal for serving piping hot pre-cooked meals such as beans, gravy, curry and vegetables. Durable lockable castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is well suited for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants.
