The Parry MSB12 Mobile Hot Cupboard Servery or Hot Food Trolley is a heavy-duty bain marie top heated cabinet. The thermostatically controlled hot cupboard keeps up to 72 plated meals at safe and hygienic temperatures which can be access through sliding doors. The bain marie top accepts three x 1/1 size gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep and can be used in wet or dry heat configuration. Durable braked swivel castors make this unit highly manoeuvrable and safe when locked into place. This robust unit is well suited for use in care homes, nursing homes, canteens and restaurants.
