The Lincat P6P5 Panther Plain Top Hot Cupboard is a heavy duty mobile hot food trolley or servery with a narrow 670mm depth, designed to fit through the narrow doorways and corridors of pubs, smaller restaurants, nursing homes and care homes. The hot cupboard can accommodate 5 x 1/1 GN containers up to 150mm deep, while four shelf positions allow adjustment to meet individual needs. The double skinned construction provides efficient heat retention while the internal fan provides even heat distribution, fast heat up and recovery times, and lower energy usage. A digital electronic control allows you to precisely adjust the temperature between 20 and 99°C so your food can be served in compliance with food hygiene regulations. Can be paired with a heated gantry, tray slide, corner bumpers or additional push bar.
