Thermostatically controlled wet or dry heat bain marie. Upturned rim of bain marie well for easy removal of GN pans. Inside drain tap for fast easy draining. Supplied on castors with push bar. Fan assisted hot cupboard for even heat distribution. Two heavy duty multi-sectioned chrome plated rod shelves, 4 shelf positions. Digital electronic control of hot cupboard.
