Lincat OG8107 Opus Single Gas Fryer - W600mm
Oil drainage through the body of the fryer. Thermostatic control up to 190°C. Piezo ignition. No electric supply required. Inc: batter plates, baskets, full lids and stainless steel bucket. Supplied with castors.
Size: W600 x D800mm. Power 30kW. Oil Cap 25Ltr.
* Pumped Filtration - Oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot and the fryer ready for use again in less than 5 minutes.
* Gravity Filtration Accessory converts the base model into a fryer with two-stage gravity filtration.
