Lincat OG8106 Opus Single Gas Fryer - W400mm
Oil drainage through the body of the fryer. Thermostatic control up to 190°C. Piezo ignition. No electric supply required. Inc: batter plates, baskets, full lids and stainless steel bucket. Supplied with castors.
Size: W400 x D800mm. Power 23kW. Oil Cap 16Ltr.
* Pumped Filtration - Oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot and the fryer ready for use again in less than 5 minutes.
* Gravity Filtration Accessory converts the base model into a fryer with two-stage gravity filtration.
OE8106 - Height 1020mm
OE8106-OP - Integral Oil Pump. Inc: a hose and lance for easy discharge of oil. Height 1070mm
2 Years Parts & Labour Warranty. If the LPG Version is not installed in a Fixed Building then the Warranty is 2 Years Parts Only
