Falcon Dominator E3907i 5 Zone Induction Hob
The hob has five distinct heat zones, with the square Central zone being the most powerful at 7.5kW, Rear 5kW, Sides & Front 3kW.
This configuration allows chefs to use the hob the same way they would a gas solid top, providing the flexibility, power and multipot cooking that most induction ranges can't provide,
In-built pan detection - No heat generated until a pan is placed on the hob, meaning no wasted energy
Ideal for multi-pot and large pot cooking - Smaller pots can share zones while larger ones can straddle zones
Heavy duty ceramic glass hob - Robust and spillages simply wipe clean, no scrubbing required
Temperature is precisely controllable - Change from gentle simmer to rolling boil almost instantly
Low cooking surface temperature and no naked flames - Safer for kitchen staff as reduced risk of burns
