Thermostatic control. Max temp: 280c. Replaceable rubber door seal. Oven takes 2 GN trays side by side per shelf (running front to back). Oven has 2 ring elements with fans located on inner back panel. Smooth enamelled internal cavity for easy cleaning. Made from quality 430 stainless steel. Ovens can be stacked or bench mounted. There is also the option of sitting 600 Series countertop units on the P9EO however it should be noted that when standard paragon counter top units are used the overall working height of the unit will be over 900mm.
Power 5kw (hard wired) - single phase.
Available on legs on request.
