COMBI STEAMER FEATURES:
Rapid cool down. Powerful steam generator with automatic water refill and automatic self cleaning function. Automatic quenching system to avoid taste transfer. Core temperature with automatic switch-off. Digital temperature displays. 24 hour digital timer.
Five cooking modes:
DRY HEAT - For roasting, grilling, gratinating & preparing frozen convenience foods. Temp 30 to 300C
MOIST HEAT - For blanching, boiling and steaming. Constant 100C cabinet temperature.
COMBINATION - Moist and dry heat. For stewing and braising. Temp range 30C - 300C. Prevents food from drying out. Reduced cooking times. Force steaming at temps up to 130C - Ideal for root veg.
VARIO-STEAM - Steaming at between 30C and 90C. For simmering, poaching and sous-vide cooking. Ideal for delecate foods like creme caramel. Cabinet temp is held to within 1C accuracy to ensure perfect results.
FINISHING - Brings previousley prepared food up to the optimum temperature.
